- Are your computers and servers patched on a regular and timely basis?
- Do you have easily accessible reports to confirm system patch levels are up to date?
- Are event logs and syslogs monitored 7 x 24?
- Is their remediation process in the event of error messages in logs?
- Do you do backups on a daily basis?
- Is the restore process checked on a monthly basis?
- Is there a verification process in place to ensure virus pattern files are up to date?
- Are all critical network devices covered by power backup and do they shut down gracefully in the event of a power outage?
